1. Scientist / Sr. Scientist (Cell Biology)

Key Responsibilities

• • Validate and conduct various cell-based assays and animal studies;

  • Culture various mammalian cell lines and engineered cell lines to facilitate drug discovery and production;

  • Work as part of a cross-functional project team to provide high-impact results.

Requirements

• • Ph.D. in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology or related discipline with 5 years of research experience;

  • Deep knowledge of oncology, cell biology, and the drug discovery process, particularly lead validation through lead optimization stages;

  • Hands-on experience in development, optimization and execution of cellular assays applying multiple techniques including cell culture, ELISA, FACS, Western blot and functional assays; experience with animal models is a plus;

  • R&D experience in biopharmaceutical industry is preferred;

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, high attention to details, excellent organizational, multi-tasking and good written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

2. Scientist / Sr. Scientist (Protein Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities

• • Process development and purification of monoclonal antibodies and ADCs;

  • Collaborate with other scientists in characterization of antibodies to support the advancement of our drug discovery portfolio;

  • Create new capabilities in drug discovery.

Requirements

• • Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemistry or related discipline with 3+ years of experience in drug discovery;

  • Hand-on experiences with FPLC, HPLC, TFF, MS, SPR/BLI and related technologies;

  • Experience with development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), or downstream processing in an industrial setting is preferred;

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, high attention to details, excellent organizational, multi-tasking and good written and verbal communication skills;

• • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

3. Research Associate (Molecular Biology)

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform molecular biology experiments to support drug discovery and development;

  • Participate in antibody engineering, cell line generation, in vitro and in vivo assays.

Requirements

• • M.S. or B.S. degree in life science with academic or industrial experience in biological research;

  • Familiar with molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, qPCR, transfection, etc.;

  • Prior experience in antibody drug discovery in biopharmaceutical industry is a plus;

• • A highly motivated team player, willing to learn, high attention to details.

4. Research Associate (Cell Biology)

Key Responsibilities

• • Maintain cell lines and perform cell-based assays to support antibody drug discovery;

  • Participate in antibody generation and characterization, such as fusion, ELISA, FACS and other cell-based assays;

  • Participate in small animal studies.

Requirements

• • M.S. or B.S. degree in life science with academic or industrial experience in biological research;

  • Strong hands-on skills in cell culture and cell-based assays;

  • Prior experience in antibody drug discovery in biopharmaceutical industry is a plus;

  • A highly motivated team player, willing to learn, high attention to details.
